We bring Nutanix’s culture principle “hire often and hire diverse” to life. The Nutanix Veteran’s Group hires, trains, and supports veterans in times of need.
We engage with veterans at career fairs; partner with community organizations that help veterans and their families develop new job skills; and work with organizations that provide apprenticeships and technical training for veterans.

The Webscale Women community provides people with professional growth opportunities through engaging social events, skill-building workshops and educational seminars with experts and thought leaders.
Webscale Women events include networking breakfasts, self-defense workshops, Bollywood dancing lessons, headshots and professional development activities, coaching seminars and industry speakers.
LatinX
Where people from around the world share experiences and develop deep relationships.
LatinX provides in-person and online networking opportunities to answer “how to” questions, raise funds after natural disasters, raise heritage and cultural awareness across Nutanix, and build skills that help community members grow their careers.
Qutants
Nutanix employees who are part of or an advocate for the LGBT+ community.
Qutants raises awareness and promotes LGBT+ community inclusiveness through educational activities, event sponsorship and participation, and support of National Coming Out Day, Ally Awareness Month and LGBT+ community happenings throughout the year.
NuShades
